Ministry Application: 

There are two options for completing the ministry application.  Simply use the top right menu options to download it or print it.  Here are more specific details:

1) Electronically:  Click on the link below to access the ministry application.  Download it using the downward arrow icon in the top right menu, and then save the file to your desktop.  Simply type into the form’s displayed fields and save frequently to be sure not to lose any of your input.  Completed ministry applications can be sent as an email attachment to the following email address: sandy@aligningwithgod.org

2) Handwritten:  Click on the link below to access the ministry application, and print it using the printer icon in the top right menu.  Please use a pen, not pencil, to complete it.  You can then scan it and submit it as an email attachment, or mail it to us at St. James Church, 111 West Lake Drive, Athens, GA 30606.  Please direct any questions to: sandy@aligningwithgod.org
